Apart-hotel "Sunflower" passed the official classification system for hotels adopted in the Russian Federation and received the category "***". Therefore, becoming our guests, you can be sure of the quality of the services provided.
The convenient location of the apart-hotel in the south-west of St. Petersburg near the exit to the Ring Road will allow you to quickly and without traffic jams to get both to the hotel and to the place in St. Petersburg or – in the neighborhood.

- Accommodation with animals and birds in our hotel is prohibited. By that means, we guarantee our guests (especially young children) that there are no allergies.

- There are no the vault in the rooms. You can use the vault at the hotel reception.

-Yes. Near the hotel there is a chain store "Magnit".

Additional chargeable services are not automatically included in the total price and are paid separately during your stay or at check-out. The payment method is any convenient for you - cash / bank card / invoice for payment for legal entities.

- Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed once in 3 days. Each room has an information sign, that a guest can hang on the door handle to inform the maid that a room is requested to be cleaned up.

- All rooms in our hotel are equipped with kitchens. Each kitchen has a set of utensils for cooking and eating. In addition, our guests can take advantage of room service (for more information, please contact the Reception).

Apart-hotel "Sunflower" in St. Petersburg is always ready to make a special offer for corporate clients, travel agencies and training companies.

- when the administration is informed, under request quests can invite unauthorized persons who can stay from from 12:00 to 23:00 without registration:
- in the hotel room for 2 hours;
- in the lobby of the administration for 2 hours.
For additional accommodation of visitors, a fee is charged according to the current price list.

- Unpaid reservations can be canceled up to three days before check-in. With a guaranteed (paid) reservation, in case of the guest's refusal to stay or shorten the period of stay, the administration has the right to withhold from the payment made by the guest the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay. This amount is a fee for reserving a room in the name of the guest for the entire period of stay.

- Administrators of the aparthotel "Sunflower" will always help you choose and book an individual or group tour around St. Petersburg and its suburbs.
We will also be happy to help you with the order and purchase of tickets to the theater, to the concert, to visit the places of interest.

- standard check-in after 14.00.
- it means that, you can check in at any time from 14.00. At the same time, you can arrive at the hotel earlier (leave things in the luggage room), but you will be accommodated in the room only after 14:00. The day ends at 12.00 the next day, regardless of the time at which you arrived at the hotel.
- standard check-out is before 12.00. It means that, you must leave the room before 12.00. At the same time, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room until the evening for free.
- early check-in is from 06.00 to 14.00. If you plan to check into your room early in the morning, then you need to book an early check-in. In this case, the room is waiting for you from the very early morning. For such a check-in, you will have to pay half the cost of the booked room. If the room you have booked is ready for arrival before 14.00, the hotel will accommodate you in the room earlier at no extra charge.
- late check-out is before 18.00. If you plan to stay in the room until late in the evening, then you need to book a late check-out. Such a departure is paid as half the cost of one night of the booked room. At the same time, you can stay in the room until 18.00.
*In some cases, early check-in/late check-out is free of charge.
